We understand the concern and uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19), but we want to assure you we are taking the necessary steps to continue providing the highest level of service.

Staying Prepared

We have reviewed our business continuity plan ( and have established policies that will allow us to continue delivering essential services uninterrupted. Because we provide cloud-based services and have redundancies already in place, we can quickly adapt and easily implement a partial telework policy if needed. CBIZ is also pausing all non-essential business travel through April and encouraging the use of web meeting technology as much as possible.

We are closely monitoring the needs of our clients and our staffing levels. We are prepared for a possible reduction in staff and are committed to maintaining staffing levels to meet or exceed the customer service you have come to expect from CBIZ. Be assured we are also keeping an eye on legislative changes that are occurring as a result of COVID-19 and are here to assist.

What to Expect

The health, safety, and well-being of our clients and employees are of paramount concern. As we make adjustments to our operations, it may result in a slower than normal response time. We encourage you to take advantage of email and self-service options, as they are the quickest ways to interact with us.

How You Can Help

With delivery times and logistics expected to be slower than usual, we encourage everyone to process payroll as early as possible to ensure timely delivery. We recommend processing payroll at least three days prior to the check date during this time.
